Kumite

You do not need a hall, or large area to practice Karate. I have recorded a few videos which will hopefully help you practice at home in a smaller area.

Make sure when practicing at home, there are no people/objects too close to you, and if you are a child you must be supervised by an adult. When practicing weapons, I recommend that it is done in the garden, or an outdoor safe area, and extra special care is taken.

Please excuse the quality of the videos, I filmed them outside the garages next to my house due to social distancing…

Kumite

Kumite is sparring. Usually it is done with a partner but as we are currently social distancing, here are some techniques you can practice alone.
